Our organic vegetables under the supervision of Agrior grow naturally from the good soil and the fertilizer unique only to us. We grow seasonal vegetables and harvesting from the fields is done daily. Although we do not have vegetable deliveries at the moment, you can come to us and enjoy the daily produce in our store. The variety of vegetables changes with the passing of the seasons
- Peas
Garden peas, belong to the legume family. Contains B vitamins, magnesium, iron, folic acid, potassium and calcium. Contains a very low amount of fat and a relatively high rate of dietary fiber. Peas can also be a quality source of protein and amino acids for vegans. You can eat fresh uncooked peas or after a short cooking.
- Green Onion
The green onion is especially rich in beta carotene. In addition the onion is rich in calcium and potassium. Recommended in health conditions such as: cardiovascular disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and more. Also the green onion is rich in an antioxidant phytochemical called lutein which prevents oxidation mainly in the eyes and therefore maintains good vision .
- Zucchini
Zucchini boosts the immune system , it is rich in antioxidants that are good for slowing down the aging process, maintaining a healthy looking skin . Zucchini can also help with over-inflammation in the body as it contains anti-inflammatory substances.
- Cucumber
Cucumber is low in calories, contains dietary fiber and minerals such as calcium, potassium and B vitamins. Because of its cleansing action it is recommended in health conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, constipation and more.
- Eggplant
Eggplant with its skin is a source of purple antioxidants called anthocyanins. These can help protect against aging processes and diseases. Eggplant is also rich in other important antioxidants from the polyphenol family such as chlorogenic acid which can help reduce the risk of a wide range of diseases. Eggplant is rich in soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. 100 grams of cooked eggplant contains almost 10% of the recommended daily allowance of dietary fiber. Dietary fiber contributes to regulating the activity of the digestive system, maintaining intestinal health and protecting it from cancerous processes, and slowing down and reducing the absorption of substances from food such as sugar and cholesterol.

Basil is a medicinal plant. We like to use it as a spice but it has health many benefits: improves metabolism, prevents premature aging, strengthens bones, relieves arthritis and raises energy levels.
- Long Beans
Long beans (Lubiya) are especially rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, B vitamins, as well as the important minerals potassium, magnesium and calcium. The bean is a source of six B vitamins. These vitamins are essential for the energy production processes in the body, for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, for the proper functioning of the nervous system and more. Some may also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The folic acid found in bean and green leafy vegetables such as parsley, spinach and lettuce, plays an important role in the proper production of DNA.
