Buffalo-style organic wings

The Palo Wings, one of the cornerstones of the American nation, have gained mythological status on the New Continent. It is important to clarify that this is not a winged buffalo, but a dish of fried, crispy and incredibly delicious chicken wings that originated in the city of Buffalo in New York State. The spicy sauce that accompanies the wings has also a place of honor in the American Junk Food Hall of Fame.
Ingredients: 4 servings
½1 kg of organic chicken wings
For the sauce (for 4 cups):
1 diced onion
1 small chili or hot pepper
½1 glasses of water
½ A cup of coconut oil
1 cup tomato paste (without added sugar)
½ Cup of finely chopped peeled tomatoes (fresh or canned)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon hot red pepper / hot paprika
1 clove of garlic
½ a teaspoon of sea salt
Grind all the sauce ingredients in a blender until a smooth battter is formed.
Place the wings in a bowl and pour sauce over. Keep some of it aside.
Bake in the oven for 40-30 minutes in grill or turbo mode, until the sauce looks caramelized.
Remove from the oven, grease the wings with the rest of the sauce and serve.
Tip: Before baking, you can lightly fry the wings over high heat to get a crispy textur
