Chicken Steak in Peanut Butter

Organic chicken steak in peanut butter


The whole family will love this recipe


2 tablespoons oil

8 Organic chicken steak cut into 3-4 each

A large crushed garlic clove

1-2 chopped chili peppers

2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger

2 teaspoons gram masala

100 grams of smooth peanut butter

A can of 400 ml of coconut milk

A can of 400 ml of crushed tomatoes

A small bouquet of fresh coriander

To serve roasted peanuts

Serve over white rice


Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat

Golden the chickens (possible in a few batches) and remove from the pot.

Fry chili ginger and oil for a minute

Add gram masala for another minute

Add the peanut butter, coconut milk and tomatoes and bring to a boil

Add the chickens and half the amount of coriander and cook for 30 minutes over low heat

Serve over rice with leftover coriander and chopped peanuts
