Chicken Onions and Beer Ossobuco

Organic shanks in the Beer – an easy dish to prepare
A tray of organic chicken shanks
1 large white onion cut into thick slices (1 cm)
1 large purple onion cut into thick slices
1 thyme stalk
2 bay leaves
2 whole English peppercorns
0.5 glass of white beer (not sweet)
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a wide pan, heat olive oil and lightly brown the shanks, set aside on a towel.
In the same pan, add the onion, bay leaves, thyme and allspice and sauté until the onion softens and browns.
Return the shanks to the pan, add the beer, boil and cover, cook on low heat for 45 min.
It is recommended to serve with beer of the same type
